What is your shipping policy? ⌄
We offer free shipping on orders over AED 200. Standard delivery across the UAE typically takes 2 to 4 business days. Delivery windows can vary slightly during promotions or public holidays.
Can I return a product? ⌄
Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.
Do you offer gift wrapping? ⌄
Yes. You can include a gift message during checkout, and selected orders can be prepared with presentation-ready packaging for gifting moments.
How can I track my order? ⌄

What is the difference between EDP and EDT? ⌄
Eau de Parfum usually contains a higher fragrance oil concentration and often wears longer with more depth. Eau de Toilette is typically lighter, fresher, and more airy for daytime wear.
